As Principal Consultant, Justin Taylor MSyI has spent over 30 years in the security industry, and brings the following experience.

• 25 years as a Police Officer in a range of operational and senior management roles.

• Responsibility for a county-wide team of Designing Out Crime Officers (DOCOs).

• Senior Investigating Officer for serious and major crimes.

• Accredited Ground Commander for Public Order and Public Safety events

• Specialist Safeguarding Practitioner

• Qualified Critical Incident trainer for operational staff and managers

• Member of the Security Institute

• Level 4 award for Conducting Security Surveys

• Suitably Qualified Security Specialist (SQSS) as defined by BREEAM

Since 2022 Justin has been conducting protective security risk assessments, reports and recommendations for hotels, schools, conference halls and businesses across the UK.
